摘    要:以微量被动血凝方法,观测了两组人群用冻干鼠疫活菌苗(EV活菌苗)皮上划痕免疫后的抗体变化以及对豚鼠皮上接种后的保护力试验。经EV活菌苗皮上接种后,人群血清阳转率约80~90%,血凝试验抗体滴度持续时间不长,接种后15天抗体滴度最高,1个月后逐渐下降。但动物试验显示在免疫后的6个月内具有一定的免疫力。EV活菌苗皮上接种易被群众接受,剂量以15亿个菌可靠性大。

Abstract:Antibody response in human and active pretection in guinea-pigs were determined by microagglutination test. Results showed that, after scarification with live Y. pestis, antibody positive rates were 80%-90% in human sera for a short period of lime with peak tilers on day 15 and declined gradually in a month. In animal experiment, however, prelection was still found after inoculation for 6 months. Inoculation by scarification wilh live Y. pestis is a simple method but requires a large dose.
