| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨曲美他嗪 (TMZ)对缺血性心肌病患者心功能的影响。方法 :30例患者在常规疗法的基础上 ,每日服曲美他嗪 6 0mg ,分 3次口服 ,4周后观察临床疗效。超声心动图测定治疗前、后左室射血分数 (LVEF)和左室短轴缩短率 (FS)。结果 :临床有效 17例 (5 6 7% ) ,LVEF和FS分别由 0 43± 0 0 8和 0 2 0± 0 0 7增至 0 5 5± 0 0 7和 0 36± 0 0 6 (P <0 0 1)。未发现与药物相关的严重不良反应。结论 :曲美他嗪能改善缺血性心肌病患者心功能 ,不失为治疗该病的有效辅助药物

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of trimetazidine(TMZ)on heart function in patients with ischemic cardiomypath.Method 30 cases took trimetazidine 20mg after each of the three meals,besides routine therapy.Clinical outcomes were evaluated 4 weeks latter,left ventricular ejecting fraction(LVEF)and fractional shortening(FS) of echocardiography were measured before and after the treatment of trimetazidine.Result 17 case(56.7%)were effective after the treatment,LVEF and FS increased from 0 43±0 08 and 0 20±0 07 to 0 55±0 07and 0 36±0 06 respectively,with P<0 01.There found no adverse reactions related to the drug.Conclusion trimetazidine,which optimizes the pathway of energy metabolism in condion of myocardial ischemia,can improve the heart function in patients with ischmic cardiomyopathy,may be as an adjuvant drug for the disease. |
