双侧胸大肌炎、脂膜炎的超声表现及其演变

目的 探讨高频超声对胸大肌病变的诊断价值。方法 应用１０ＭＨｚ探头对２０例正常人胸大肌和１例罕见胸大肌病变进行了分析研究。结果 超声显示胸大肌内部肌纤维回声不清，纹理混乱，呈示均匀的相对强回声的团块，并波及皮下脂肪层；彩色血流极其丰富，树枝样包绕强回声的团块，类似占位病变。对症治疗２月后恢复正常，则排除恶性病变。皮下脂肪层的炎性病变、纤维化难恢复，故仍有胸大肌脂膜炎。结论 超声检查对胸大肌病变的诊

Ultrasound Manifestation and Evolution of both Side of Ectopectoralis Inflammation and Panniculitis

Objective To explore the value of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosing ectopectoralis diseases. Methods We studied echograms obtained from 20 normal ectopectorali and 1 patient suffered from rare ectopectoralis disease. Results The ultrasound display unclear echo and contra strong echo mass unevenly.The mass is similar with tumor and has extremely affluent color flow imaging.We eliminate malignant disease because of the imaging recovered by 2 months treated.Inflammatory process and fibrosis of tela subcutaneous layer recover difficultly,so it still have ectopectoralis panniculitis. Conclusion Ultrasonography diagnosis of ectopectoralis diseases is avaliable. [
