老年人居家腹膜透析并发腹膜炎的原因及对策

[目的]探讨老年人居家腹膜透析并发腹腔感染的原因及对策.[方法] 分析2004年3月-2007年3月31例因肾衰竭行居家腹膜透析发生腹膜炎的原因.[结果] 31例中因操作不规范引起的有13例;因腹泻引起的有6 例;与原发疾病和低蛋白血症有关的6例;因隧道口及出口处皮肤感染有3 例;与居家环境、文化程度有关的3例.细菌培养革兰阳性球菌8例,革兰阴性球菌5例,真菌2 例.[结论] 居家腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎受多种因素影响,建议加强宣教及操作培训.

Causes of peritoneal dialysis of elders living at home complicated with peritonitis and its strategies

Objective:To probe into the causes of peritoneal dialysis of elders living at home complicated with peritonitis and its strategies. Methods: The causes of peritonitis occurred in a total of 31 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis at home because of renal failure from March in 2004 to March in 2007 were analyzed. Results: Among all cases, 13 peritonitis patients were caused by non-standard operation, 6 cases were caused by diarrhea, another 6 cases were related with primary diseases and hypoproteinemia. Three cases caused by tunnel mouth and debouch skin infection. Another 3 cases were related with home environment and cultural degree. Eight cases were with Gram-positive coccobacteria bacterial culture, 5 cases were with Gram-negative coccobacteria, and 2 cases were with fungal infection. Conclusion: Home peritoneal dialysis related peritonitis of patients is influenced by many factors. One should strengthen propaganda and education and operation training for them.
