| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨输尿管镜腔内微创治疗输尿管狭窄的方法及疗效。方法：回顾性分析2005年1月～2009年6月采用输尿管镜硬性扩张48例患者的临床资料，48例中，有12例膀胱壁内段狭窄的女性患者先用筋膜扩张器扩张扩张，再用输尿管镜扩张，8例留置双J管二期手术。结果：治愈38例（79．1％），好转3例（6．2％），无效7例（14．5％）。结论：输尿管镜腔内治疗输尿管狭窄创伤小，并发症少，是治疗输尿管狭窄的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： Minimally invasive treatment of ureteral stricture ureteroscope cavity method and effect. Methods： A retrospective analysis in January 2005 -2 009 years in June with rigid ureteroscopy expanded fascial dilator expansion and retention methods such as DJ control stage operation treatment of 48 cases of ureteral stricture. Results： 38 patients （79.1%） were cured, 3 patients （6.2%） improved, 7 cases （14.5%） invalid. Conclusion： Endoscopic treatment of ttreteral stricture ureteroscope trauma, fewer complicatians, the treatment of benign ureteral strictures effective manner. |
