口腔健康宣教对种植牙患者牙科焦虑心理的影响

目的评价口腔健康宣教对种植牙患者牙科焦虑心理的影响。方法种植牙患者60例,试验组和对照组各30例,于术前30 min、术前2 min应用牙科焦虑量表测评焦虑程度,2次测评之间试验组患者接受口腔健康宣教。手术完成时,记录2组患者术中焦虑状态及疼痛程度。结果 2组术前30 min焦虑程度差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,试验组术前2 min的焦虑程度低于术前30 min（P〈0.05）,也显著低于对照组术前2 min（P〈0.01）,同时,试验组术中焦虑及疼痛程度与对照组相比均明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论口腔健康宣教能显著缓解种植牙患者术前的焦虑心理,减轻术中疼痛。

Effect of Dental Health Instruction on Dental Anxiety of Patients Undergoing Implantation

Objective To evaluate the effect of dental health instruction on dental anxiety of patients undergoing dental implantation.Methods A total of 60 patients needing implantation were randomly selected as the trial and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The modified dental anxiety scale was used to evaluate the dental anxiety degree of all patients at 30 min and 2 min before operation.The dental health instruction was given to the trial group between two evaluations.Results The anxiety degree of trial group at 2 min before operation was significantly lower than that of trial group at 30 min before operation(P<0.05) and that of control group at 2 min before operation(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between control group and trial group at 30 min before operation(P>0.05).The anxiety index and pain index of trial group after operation were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The dental health instruction was effective to release dental anxiety and pain of patients undergoing implantation.
