席汉氏综合征误诊研究

目的：分析席汉氏综合征患者临床误诊特点，探讨席汉氏综合征误诊原因和防范措施，提高对席汉氏综合征的诊治水平。方法对我院近年来收治的17例席汉氏综合征病例临床表现和辅助检查及误诊情况进行回顾性分析。结果延误诊断占47．06％（8/17），延误诊断并误诊占17．65％（3/17），误诊占29．41％（5/17），总误诊率达94．12％（16/17），无误诊仅占5．88％（1/17）。结论席汉氏综合征容易被误诊，误诊主要类型是延误诊断。

Misdiagnosis analysis of patients with Sheehan Syndrome

Objective To analyze the clinical misdiagnosis characteristics of Sheehan Syndrome patients, discuss the misdiagnosis reasons and preventive measures and improve the treatment of this disease . Methods We got a retrospective analysis about the clinical manifestations , auxiliary examinations and misdiagnosis of the 17 Sheehan Syndrome cases in our hospital in recent years .Results The percentage of Delayed Diagnosis, misdiagnosis, Delayed Diagnosis with misdiagnosis of these 17 cases was 47.06%（8/17）, 17.65%（3/17）, 29.41%（5/17） respectively.None misdiagnosis only took 5.88%（1/17）, just one case. Conclusions Sheehan Syndrome is easy to misdiagnose .The main type of misdiagnosis is delayed diagnosis .
