口腔科门诊交叉感染的危险因素分析与护理对策

目的探讨口腔科门诊交叉感染的危险因素和护理对策。方法回顾性分析我院2009年1月至2013年10月100例口腔科门诊交叉感染事件的临床资料,并与口腔科门诊同期未发生交叉感染的100例患者的临床资料进行对照,分析危险因素并总结护理对策。结果多因素分析显示,医护人员自我防护意识薄弱、空气污染、环境污染、器械消毒污染和操作不规范均是交叉感染的危险因素,均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论针对口腔科门诊交叉感染的危险因素,应加强对医护人员自我防护意识和操作规范的教育,加强对诊室空气、环境和器械消毒的监管,以降低交叉感染发生率。

Risk Factors and Nursing Countermeasures for Cross Infection in Outpatient Department of Stomatology

Objective To explore the risk factors and nursing countermeasures for cross infection in the outpatient department of stomatology. Methods The clinical data of infection events in our hospital from January 2009 to October 2013 were analyzed retrospectively and compared with 100 patients without cross infection in outpatient department of stomatology at the same period. The risk factors were analyzed, and the nursing countermeasures were summarized. Results Multivariate analysis showed that the medical staffs self protection consciousness was weak, air pollution, environmental pollution, instrument disinfection pollution and non-standard operation were the risk factors of cross infection, with statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions We should strengthen the medical staffs awareness of self-protection and education of operation standard, strengthen the supervision of air in the consulting room, environment and instrument disinfection, in order to reduce the supervision incidence of cross infection.
