| 摘 要： | 目的：研究多排螺旋CT胸部扫描人体剂量分布。方法：采用临床常规扫描条件扫描模拟人体体模；采用热释光片测量体模所受辐射剂量和分布。结果：通过绘制二维／三维剂量分布图和剂量等高线图可以显示出人体不同的器官和组织所受辐射剂量的差异。结论：多排螺旋CT扫描所致受检者辐射剂量的分布研究可以为多排螺旋CT临床应用和风险评估提供较为客观和准确的技术依据。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the human dose distribution for multi-slice spiral CT chest scan. Methods： An anthropomorphic phantom with embedded thermoluminescence dosimeters （TLDs） was scanned by using clinical condition of chest scan on a spiral CT. Radiation dose and dose distribution were measured by TLDs. Results： The difference of radiation doses in different human body organs and tissues could be shown by drawing two-dimensional / three-dimensional dose distribution and dose contour map. Conclusion： The dose distribution for multislice spiral CT scan can provide more objective and accurate technical basis for clinical application and risk assessments of multi-slice spiral CT. |
