| 摘 要： | 我院１９９２年元月至１９９４年２月，从５９７１例接受胃镜检查病人中发现１２７例胃底贲门癌，占受检病人的２．１３％，占同期６６１例胃部癌肿的１９．２１％。男性９７例，女性３０例，男女比例３．２：１。年龄３０～７９岁，平均５５．４８岁，４５～５９岁和６０岁以上组（８８．１９％）高于３４～４４岁组。内镜检查所见，早期胃底贲门癌６例（４．７２％）。残胃贲门癌１例（０．７９％）。进展期癌１２０例（９４．４９％），其分型为隆起息肉型６６例（５５．００％）、溃疡型１７例（１４．１６％）、浸润型２６例（２１．６７％）、混合型１１例（９．１７％）。

| Abstract: | From Jan.1992 to Feb.1994,127 cases(2.13%) of gastric fundus cardiac cancer were comfirmed from 5971 cases undergone gastroscopy in our hospital, accounting for 19.21% of 661 cases of gastric cancer during that period. There were 97 men and 30 women.The average age of the coufirmed cases was 55. 48,with 88. 19% of the cases being oucr 60 years. The endoscopic examination showed that 6 cases(4.72%) had early stage cancer,1 case(0.79%) had residual gastric cardiac cancer and 120 cases (94.49%) had advanced gastric cancer.In the 120 cases of advanced ga stric cancer,The gross types were:protruded and polypoid type (66 cases,55.00%),ulcerative type(17 cases,14.16%),infiltrative type(26 cases 21.67%) and mixture type(11 cases,19.17%). |
