| 摘 要： | 本文报告１５例原发性肾病综合征（ＮＳ）引起急性肾功能衰竭（ＡＲＦ），血肌酐１８４～３６２μｍｏｌ／Ｌ（２５３±５２μｍｏｌ／Ｌ），内生肌酐清除率１２～５０ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ（３０±１０ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ），经用强的松、速尿等治疗后，血肌酐降至４４～１４３μｍｏｌ／Ｌ（１０２±２６μｍｏｌ／Ｌ），内生肌酐清除率升至５１～１２０ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ（７４±１７ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ）。本文表明：及时发现ＮＳ时ＡＲＦ并予正确治疗，肾功能常可在短期内获得改善。

| Abstract: | Fifteen cases of acute renal failure(ARF)in associtation with nephrotic synrome,in association with nephrotic syndrom,in whom serum creatine levels were 184～362μmol/L(253±52μmol/L)and clearance of creatinine values were 12～50ml/min(33±10ml/min),are reported in this article.After treatment with prednisone,frusemide and so on,their serum creatinine levels were decreased to 44～143μmol/L(102±26μmol/L)and clearance of creatinine were increased to 51～120ml/min (74±17ml/min).The study indicates that finding ARF in association with nephrotic syndrome promptly and giving treatment correctly will bring about much improvement of renal funtion in short course. |
