摘    要:5-氨基-3-乙酰丙酸(5-aminolevulinic acid,5-ALA)是一种内源性的光敏剂,肿瘤细胞和其他恶性细胞可以选择性地吸收外源性5-ALA,使细胞内积聚过量的原卟啉。原卟啉在一定波长的光照射下,发生化学反应,使肿瘤细胞或其他增生活跃的细胞坏死、凋亡,这一过程被称为氨基-3-乙酰丙酸-光动力疗法(aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy,ALA-PDT)。本文对ALA-PDT近年来在肿瘤的诊断和治疗中的应用进展作一综述。

Abstract:5-aminolevulinic acid (5 ALA) is an endogenous photosensitizer, and exogenous 5-ALA can be absorbed selectively by tumor cells and other malignant cells, resulting in excessive accumulation of protoporphyrin in the cells. Chemical reactions took place when a certain wavelength of light irradiates, causing necrosis and apoptosis of tumor cells or other active proliferation cells. This process is called aminolevulinic acid-photodynamie therapy (ALA-PDT). This paper is a review on the advances of ALA-PDT in the diagnosis and the treatment of tumors.
