我院疾病预防控制处在传染病防控工作中的实践

根据《北京市卫生局关于在全市二级以上医院设立疾病预防控制处（科）的通知》要求,首都医科大学宣武医院作为一家三级甲等综合医院,于2008年1月成立了疾病预防控制处,履行传染病防控工作职责,建章立制,监测和报告传染病疫情,组织传染病防治知识培训和传染病防控模拟演练,开展健康教育,组织传染病防控工作自查,进行整改。通过几年的努力,构建了传染病防控体系,加强了传染病信息报告质量管理,建立了传染病异常信息处置机制,有效应对了突发疫情和重大传染病疫情,发挥了三级综合医院在传染病防控工作中的重要作用。

Role of disease prevention and control department in prevention and control of infectious diseases in general hospital

According to the policy of setting up disease prevention and control department in secondary and tertiary hospital in Beijing issued by Beijing health bureau, the disease prevention and control department of Xuanwu hospital was set up in 2008 and began to perform the position duties. The roles of this department include making rules and regulations, monitoring and reporting infection disease, carrying out infection disease education and training, organizing infection disease prevention and control inspection and reform. With years of work, the infection disease prevention and control system has been established and the quality of infection disease information report has been improved. The abnormal information report mechanism has been implemented which effectively helps dealing with emergency event and major infection disease control. It has important role on infection disease prevention and control in top tertiary hospital.
