| 摘 要： | 301模式就医一卡通住院信息系统将是继门诊就医一卡通信息系统推出后的又一惠民便民利民工程。该系统能有效改善患者住院就医流程，提高出院结算效率，保证患者资金安全，并配合国家新医改“先诊疗，后付费”等相关政策的落实，为未来建立全国统一的居民健康卡和创建新的智能化结算系统提供成功的借鉴案例。

| Abstract: | After the successful launch of the convenience card in the outpatient medical treatment, we continue to launch the convenience medical card hospitalization information system. The system can effectively improve the treatment process of hospitalized patients, discharge settlement efficiency, ensure the patients safety of funds, and with the national new medical reform＆quot;first diagnosis and treatment, post paid＆quot;and other related policies, for the future establishment of a unified national residents health card and provides a reference case to create intelligent new settlement system. |
