建立门诊医疗质量控制评分体系的实践

门诊是一家医院的重要组成部分，也是医院面向社会的窗口，随着经济的不断发展，社会对于门诊医疗质量的要求越来越高。目前，国内对于门诊医疗质量控制的研究仍处于起步阶段，大多局限于门诊工作的某一部分和方面，尚无一套完整的、适合大型综合医院门诊的医疗质量控制体系。为此，首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院西院基于国家相关法律法规，根据医院实际情况，在进行大量样本调查和统计后制定了《门诊医疗质量控制评分体系》，并且在医院门诊管理中进行了试运行，力求探索和建立门诊医疗质量控制体系的实践模版和工作指南。

Practice on creating medical quality control score system in outpatient department

Outpatient is the very important part of a hospital and the window to the society. With the continuous development of economy, the requirements for outpatient medical quality are becoming higher and higher. But now, the research of outpatient medical quality control in our country is still in the initial stage and most of it confined to one part or aspect in outpatient service. There is not a complete medical quality control system in outpatient service which suits large tertiary comprehensive hospitals. Therefore, according to the actual situation of our hospital, our hospital formulated the medical quality control score system in outpatient department which based on the relevant national laws and regulations and has run trials in outpatient managements of our hospital, strived to explore and build practice templates and work guide lines in the medical quality control system and filling the vacancy in this field in China.
