抵抗素样分子α在胃癌中的表达及其与微血管形成相关性的研究

目的:检测抵抗素样分子α(resistin-like moleculeα,RELM-α)在胃癌中的表达情况,研究其在胃癌预后判断中的作用及其可能的相关机制,为疾病的治疗提供依据。方法:收集92例胃癌组织及相应的癌旁组织标本,行免疫组织化学染色,定量检测其中RELM-α和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达情况,并分析其与患者的性别、年龄、疾病的分期、肿瘤直径、组织分化、大体分型间的关系。同时,测定2种标本中的CD34表达情况,分析肿瘤微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD),探讨RELM-α水平与肿瘤微血管生成间的关系。结果:RELM-α及VEGF在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为64.1%和83.6%,而在癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为16.3%和27.1%,MVD在胃癌组织中的测定值(17.23±8.94)高于癌旁组织(6.58±2.32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别、年龄、组织分化、大体分型的胃癌患者间的RELM-α表达水平差异无统计学意义,但在不同肿瘤的直径及分期的患者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时统计学分析显示RELM-α的表达与MVD、VEGF的表达密切相关。结论:RELM-α在胃癌组织中高表达,可能成为评估疾病预后的客观指标之一,且其在疾病进展中参与了微血管的形成。

Expression and correlation of RELM-a with angiogenesis in gastric cancer

Objective： To study the correlation of RELM-a expression with angiogenesis of gastric cancer and its clinical significance. Methods： Tumor tissue and matched adjacent non-cancerous tissues were obtained form 92 patients with gastric cancer. Expressions of RELM-a and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） were detected by immunohistochemistry, while tumor microvessel density （MVD） was evaluated using anti-CD34 antibody with the same technique as well. The correlations of RELM-a expression with clinical indices including age, gender, T-stage, size, tissue differentiation and gross classification of tumor were analyzed, meanwhile, correlation between RELM-a expression and angiogenesis was analyzed. Results： The positive expression rates of RELM-a and VEGF and the mean value of MVD were significantly higher in gastric cancer tissue than those in adjacent normal tissues （64.1% vs. 16.3%; 83.6% vs. 27.1%; 17.23±8.94 vs. 6.58±2.32）. RELM-a expression was positively correlated with VEGF expression and MVD value, and was correlated with the TNM stage and size of tumor; no correlations with tissue differentiation and gross classification of tumor, sex and ages of patients were found. Conclusions： Over-expression of RELM-a is correlated with tumor angiogenesis and might be served as an index for prognosis in gastric cancer.
