门诊患者对夜间门诊的认知现状调查分析

目的：分析门诊患者对夜间门诊的认知现状及其影响因素，从而为更好推行夜间门诊提供依据。方法：用自行设计的夜间门诊需求调查问卷，采用方便抽样法，发放调查问卷2000份，回收1877份，回收率93.85%。结果：90.7%的患者认为有必要开设夜间门诊，不同居住地门诊患者对开设夜间门诊的必要性不存在统计学差异，文化程度的差异以及职业的不同并不影响门诊患者对开设夜间门诊的需求。结论：夜间门诊作为医院常规日间门诊服务的一个延伸，可在一定程度上满足患者需求，但提供人性化的夜间门诊服务，合理配置医疗资源，加强门诊数字化建设才能使夜间门诊资源得到最大化利用。

Investigation on awareness of developing evening out-patient service in out-patients

Objectives： To investigate the awareness of out-patients’ awareness of evening out-patients service and its influences to provide evidence on promoting evening out-patient service. Methods： 2000 outpatients were selected by convenience sampling to receive a self-designed questionnaire. The valid response rate is 93.85% （1877 of 2000 is returned）. Results： 90.7% of out-patients agreed with developing evening outpatient service. And there was no significant difference between outpatients from different areas on the awareness of developing evening outpatient service. The education and profession were also not the important factors on influencing outpatient service. Conclusions： Outpatient service is the extension of normal day outpatient service and can match patients demand in some degree. Providing human centered evening outpatient service, rational allocation medical resources and strengthening digitized service can make evening outpatient resources maximum utilization.
