| 摘 要： | 闸述“301模式便民就医一卡通”项目的实施过程，具体介绍这一项目工程设计、实现路径和控制节点等内容，提供了该项目的成功经验和需要加强的关注点。该项目将患者所有可能涉硬的流程与节点进行归集、整合，重新进行标准化再造，以达到患者就诊一揽子服务目的。

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the implementation of convenience medical service project in 301 hospital and described the project design and the path of actualizing and key points of the controlling. The successful experience and key point needs to be highlighted in the project was discussed. All process and nodes that patient might meet were integrated and reconstructed to provide more convent service for patient visiting. |
