| 摘 要： | 通过对《医院消毒供应中心三项标准》追踪评价项目中有关人员岗位培训数据的研究,分析了我国医院消毒供应中心人员岗位培训工作开展的现况,介绍了建立人员岗位培训实践基地和培训工作开展情况。建立岗位培训实践基地是加强宣传贯彻《医院消毒供应中心三项标准》、提高从业人员的知识和技能、确保医院消毒供应工作稳步向前发展的有力支撑。

Building post training practice base is the effective support for implementing 3 standards for hospital sterilization and supply center, improving staff＇s skill, assuring hsopital sterilization and supply stable development. |
