比索洛尔和培哚普利治疗清晨高血压的疗效观察

目的观察比索洛尔和培哚普利对清晨高血压的降压效果。方法选择原发性高血压患者72例随机的分为两组，其中比索洛尔组（服用富马酸比索洛尔）40例，培哚普利组（服用培哚普利）32例，疗程为4周。治疗前后均完成动态血压监测、心率及生化值变化。结果两药均能显著降低血压和较好控制清晨高血压，它们的降压谷／峰比值都超过65％，但对照组清晨6～10时平均血压下降幅度明显小于实验组（P〈0．05）。结论比索洛尔和培哚普利均为安全有效的长效抗高血压药物，比索洛尔控制清晨高血压的疗效优于培哚普利。

Effect of betaxolol versus perindopril in patients with hypertension in morning

[Objective] To investigate the effect of betaxolol(Beta)versus perindopril in patients with hypertension in morning.[Methods] Seventy-two hypertensives were treated randomly with betaxolol(Beta)(n=40)and perindopril(n=32)for 4 weeks,the blood pressure was monitored by ambulatory blood pressure before and after drug treatment,also did the heart rates and biochemical tests.[Results] Both drugs can obviously lower the blood pressure and effectively control the hypertension in morning,both of their trough:peak ratio(T/P)was more than 65%,the average hypotensive range was apparently less in the control than the experiment group(P <0.05).[Conclusion] Betaxolol(Beta)and perindopril were safe and effective long-acting hypotensive drugs,betaxolol(Beta)is more effectively control the hypertension in morning than perindipril.
