前后联合入路手术治疗复杂髋臼骨折的临床疗效观察

目的探讨前后联合入路手术治疗复杂髋臼骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2007年1月-2013年6月我院应用前后联合入路手术治疗复杂髋白骨折的80例患者临床资料。所有患者均获有效随访12-24个月，平均18个月，统计骨折术后复位质量。结果80例患者均成功手术，无术中死亡病例。平均手术时问2．8±08h，手术平均出血量830±180ml。术后解剖复位64例，满意复位12例，4例不满意；髋关节功能总优良率92．5％（74／80）。结论 前后联合入路手术治疗复杂髋臼骨折法暴露充分、复位满意，固定牢固，术后髋关节功能恢复良好，值得临床应用。

Observation on the rapeutic effect of anterior posterior combined approach operation in the treatment of complicated acetabular fractures

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of anterior posterior combined approach operation in the treatment of complicated acetabular fractures. Methods The clinical data of 80 complicated acetabular fractures patients with anterior posterior combined approach operation from January 2007 to June 2013 in our hospital were studied. All patients were effectively followed up 12-24 months, average 18 months, fracture reduction quality was counted. Results 80 patients were successful operation, no intraoperative deaths. The average operation time was 2.8±0.8h, the average amount of bleeding in operation was 830±180ml. Anatomic reduction in 64 cases, satisfactory reduction in 12 cases, 4 cases were not satisfied. The total excellent rate was 92.5%. Conclusion Anterior and posterior combined approach operation in the treatment of complex acetabular fractures was sufficient exposure, satisfactory reduction, firm fixation, good functional recovery of hip, clinical application should be further study.
