两种植骨融合术在经后路手术治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折中的疗效对比

目的探讨经后路手术治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折中不同植骨融合术的疗效。方法将2009年1月-2012年1月我院604例胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者随机分为两组，治疗组行后路内固定椎体加椎间植骨融合术，对照组行内固定术后外侧植骨融合术，观察两组疗效。结果术后12个月时治疗组椎体Cobb角明显好于对照组（P〈0.05）；治疗组骨折愈合率及内固定失效率明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组术后神经功能Frankel分级评分明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论椎体椎间植骨融合术结合后路复位内固定术治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折，能促进骨折愈合，减少内固定失效率，值得临床推广。

To compare the efficacy of two kinds of Interbody fusion surgery in the treatment of thoracic and lumbar burst fractures

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of two kinds of Interbody fusion surgery in the treatment of thoracic and lumbar burst fractures. Methods Selected 60 cases patients admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 were divided into treatment group（given fixed vertebral interbody fusion with posterior） and control group（given outside of the internal fixation and fusion）, the efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The vertebral cobb angle of two gropes had statistically significant after 12 months（P〈0.05）, The rate of fracture healing and fixation failure rate of treatment group were better than that of controi group（P〈0.05）, The postoperative neurological Frankel grading system of treatment group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Vertebral interbody fusion combined with posterior reduction and internal fixation has a significant effect on treating thoracic and lumbar burst fractures, which is worthy of clinical widely.
