缓解期青少年精神分裂症患者的人格特征对照研究

目的研究探讨缓解期青少年精神分裂症患者的人格特征的状况。方法采用美国NEO-PI-R个性问卷对100例缓解期的青少年精神分裂症患者和100例正常青少年人群进行比较分析。结果2组在NEO-PI-R中五因素人格模型的差异无具有统计学意义（P〉0．05），而在30种特质人格和单个特质方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论缓解期青少年精神分裂症患者和正常青少年的人格特征在特质层面存在差异，应引起重视。

A controlled study of personality characteristics of adolescent patients with schizophrenia in remission

objestive To explore the personality traits of adolescent patients with schizophrenia in remission. Methods 100 adolescent pa- tients with schizophrenia in remission and 100 normal controls were assessed with Revised NEO Personality Inventoty（NEO-PI-R）. Results The difference of five-factor personality model between two groups showed no significance （ P〉0.05 ）, while the difference of thirty traits personality model and trait level had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The adolescent patients with schizophrenia in remission show different trait pattern of personality from nomal subjects , and it should be taken seriously.
