联用生精胶囊治疗少、弱精子症的临床观察

目的：观察生精胶囊治疗男性少弱精子症的疗效。方法：分三组共治疗255例由少弱精子症引起的男性不育患者。A组（n=32）、B组（n=96）和C组（n=127）的患者都服用维生素E、复合维生素B和知柏地黄丸,B组和C组的患者在此基础上再联用生精胶囊治疗。疗程为3～6个月。结果：B组和C组的精液检查参数明显改善,妊娠率显著高于A组,P〈0.01。结论：联用生精胶囊可以显著地提高少弱精子症患者的精子密度、精子活动力和活动率,并显著地提高妊娠率。

Clinical observation of sperm regeneration capsule on the treatment of oligo-asthenospermatism

Objectives： To investigate the effect of Sperm Regeneration Capsule on the treatment of oligo -asthenospermatism. Methods： A total of 255 patients with the diagnosis of male infertility caused by oligo - asthenospermatism were divided to 3 groups. Patients in all group A （ n = 32）, group B （ n = 96） and group C （ n = 127 ） received the treatment of Vitamin E, Vitamin B co and Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan. Patients in both group B and group C also received the treatment of Sperm Regeneration Capsule at the same time. The course lasted for three or six months. Results： There was a significant difference between group A and group B ,or between group A and group C for parameters of semen examination and pregnancy rate of the spouses after the therapy, and it was much better in group B and group C than in group A. （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： The treatment of Sperm Regeneration Capsule can improve the density, motility, and survival rate of spermatozoa. Therefore it can improve the pregnancy rate of the spouses.
