正常成人半月板标本测量与CT图像测量对比研究

目的通过对同一成人膝关节内外侧半月板标本分别进行解剖学直接测量，CT影像径线测量及对活体成人半月板的CT影像测量的比较，揭示CT影像状态下半月板大小与实际半月板大小的差异及相关性，便于临床工作中更准确反映实际情况，为诊断和治疗提供可靠依据。方法标本组：3O例成人膝关节大体解剖标本，分别进行大体解剖和CT横断图像半月板的4个径线测量；活体组：对30例成人膝关节CT横断图像也分别进行半月板的4个径线测量，比较所测各项均值相差的显著性意义，对相差显著且有相关性的项目建立回归方程。结朵所有研究对象半月板均显示清晰。成人活体半月板CT图像测量值与标本CT图像测量值，两组测量值比较无显著性差异（t检验P〉0．05）。犬体标本测量组与标本CT组测量值尽管差异显著，但呈正相关，由此建立了从CT影像测量值推算实际半月板大小的回归方程。结论半月板标本CT组测量值与活体半月板CT图像测量值的差值无显著意义，然而CT影像测量值与实际半月板大小有明显差异，通过CT图像测量值运用回归方程计算活体半月板大小，对半月板损伤的诊断与治疗具有重要的指导意义。

Study of comparisons between the specimen of normal adult menisci and CT Image in measurement

Objective Comparisons were made among the measurements on the specimens of adults medial and lateral menisci, the measurements on the CT images of same specimens mentioned above, the measurements on the CT images of normal living adult menisci. In order to show the size differences between the living menisci and the menisci of CT images, and to provide reliable references for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The experiment was divided into two groups:the specimen group and the living group. Measurements of four indices on 30 adult medial and lateral meniscal specimens were made,and then measurements of same indices on meniscal CT images with same secimens were made.For the living group, measurements of four indices on 30 living adult meniscal CT images were made. Then we calculated the average value for each index, and statistical significance between the average values of four indices of specimen group and CT images were made.We also evaluated the correlation among these indices, and set up the regression equation. Results The pictures of all researched menisci were seen clear. There were no significant differences between the values of menisci with specimen CT images and with living CT images(p>0.05). Although there was significant difference between the measured values on meniscal specimen group and specimen CT group, the values of the two groups were in positive correlation. Therefore, we can calculate actual meniscal size with the specimen CT values. Conclusion There were no significant difference between the measured values on specimen CT images and the values of menisci with living CT images, but significant differences between the mea- sured values of menisci with CT images and the meniscal actual size, which can be measured by the numerical value of CT images, and calculate the size of living menisci with the regression equation, that play an important instructive role on diagnosis and treatment of menisci injured.
