| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨骶管麻醉复合异丙酚用于小儿泌尿外科手术的临床效果和安全性.方法:50例小儿有泌尿外科疾病的患者随机分成两组,骶管麻醉组(Ⅰ组,n=25)和氯胺酮组(Ⅱ组,n=25),Ⅰ组应用骶管麻醉复合异丙酚全麻,Ⅱ组应用氯胺酮全麻.于麻醉前、切皮、术中、手术毕记录其心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度,并比较两组苏醒时间.结果:诱导后和术中两组的心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度有着显著的差异.Ⅰ组明显低于Ⅱ组(P＜0.05),苏醒时间也短于Ⅱ组(P＜0.01).结论:骶管麻醉复合异丙酚用于小儿泌尿外科手术,呼吸、循环稳定,麻醉满意,术后恢复快,是一种较为理想的麻醉方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of sacral block combined with propofol in urogenital surgery in children . Methods Fifty patients with urogenital disease were randomly divided into two groups: sacral block group(group I, n=25) and ketamine group (group II, n=25). In group I, patients received sacral block combined with propofol general anesthesia. In group II patients received ketamine general anesthesia.The heart rate, respiratory rate and SpO 2 were recorded before, during and after anesthesia. And the recovery time was compared between two groups.Results Heart rate, respiratory rate and SpO 2 values were much higher in group II than those in group I (P<0.05). The recovery time was significantly longer in group II than that in group I(P<0.01).Conclusion Scaral block combined with propofol can be used as a safe anesthetic in urogenital surgery in children. |
