| 摘 要： | 我院自1988年11月～1989年7月推广单家治的臀位改良倒转术,成功率为81.9%(56/69),术后复变9例,再次矫正为头位8例,其中复变3次1例.受术者孕30～32周,成功率为10/10。孕33～35周,成功率94.9%(37/39),孕36～38周成功率44.4%(7/16).>39周成功率50%(2/4).实践证明臀位改良倒转术是减少臀位分娩的有效措施,对减少围产期母儿并发症的发生有深远意义.

| Abstract: | From November,1988 to July,1989,69 patients were treated with Shah's improved cephalic version with a successful rate of 81.9%.After the operation,8 of 9 turned back to breecb presentation were turned to vertex presentation again.The successful rate of pregnancy 30-32 weeks were 10/10, 33-35 weeks 94.9%(37/39),36～38 weeks 44.4%(7/16),>39 weeks 50%(2/4).This proves that the improved cephalic version is an effective method to reduce breech delivery. |
