| 摘 要： | 目的 比较观察残根在行铸造金属桩核全冠修复时牙本质套圈在冠根折裂中的作用。方法 选择经完善根管治疗的残根患者 5 6例共 12 6颗牙分成牙体预备≥ 2mm的牙本质套圈与牙体预备无牙本质套圈的常规设计两组 ,逐例进行为期 5年的随访观察。结果 牙体预备≥ 2mm的牙本质套圈设计 75颗牙 ,5年失败率为4% ;冠根折裂 ,桩核脱落明显减少 ,而无牙本质套圈的常规设计 5 1颗牙 ,5年失败率为 2 3 5 %。残根经铸造金属桩核全冠修复后根尖X线检查与修复前对照显示牙周膜间隙变得正常 ,固有牙槽骨骨小梁密度增高。结论 残根的桩核冠修复设计应满足牙本质套圈设计 ,正畸轻度力牵引使牙根延长值得提倡 ,可明显降低冠根折裂 ,延长残根牙的使用寿命

The application of ring-telescoping design in repairing residual roots |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical results of ring telescoping in repairing the residual roots with cast metal post crown. Method One hundred and twenty six cases of 56 patients were divided into 2 groups.Group I got repaired with ring telescoping design,group Ⅱ repaired with routine treatment.Result The complication such as fracture of abutment and looseness of post crowns in group Ⅰ was 4%(75 cases)while 23 5% (51 cases) in group Ⅱ.Conclusion Using the ring telescoping design can reduce complication rate of post crown in repairing residual roots. |
