康复干预对恢复期女性精神分裂症负性情绪的影响

目的 探讨康复干预对恢复期女性精神分裂症患者负性情绪的影响.方法 将60例恢复期女性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,每组30例,两组均维持原用抗精神病药物治疗,均予以常规护理,研究组在此基础上进行康复干预,观察8周.于康复干预前后采用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表及住院病人护士观察量表评定两组患者的负性情绪和生活适应能力. 结果干预后研究组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均较干预前有显著下降,均显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）;住院病人护士观察量表社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁、总积极因素因子分均较干预前显著升高,均显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）,而激怒、精神病表现、迟缓、抑郁、总消极因素因子分均显著下降,均显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）;对照组干预前后各量表评分均无显著变化（P〉0.05）. 结论 康复干预能显著改善恢复期女性精神分裂症患者的负性情绪,提高人际交往能力、社会工作能力和社会生活适应能力等,促进患者的心理康复.

Influence of rehabilitation intervention on depressive mood in female patients with schizophrenia at recovery phase

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation intervention on depressive emotion ot temale schizophrenic patients at recovery stage. Methods Sixty patients were divided into two groups randomly and observed for 8 weeks. The study group was treated with routine treatment and recovery intervention, and control group was treated only with routine treatment. The Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS）, Selfrating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Nurses Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation （NOSIE） were used to evaluate the negative emotion and living adaptive capacity before and after intervention. Results The scores of SDS and SAS in study group after intervention decreased obviously and were lower than in control group （P〈0.01）. The scores of social capacity, social interest, individual neat and total positive factor of NOSIE in study group after intervention increased and were higher than in control group, and the scores of irritation, psychosis symptom, retardation, depression and total negative factor in study group after intervention decreased and were lower than in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Rehabilitation intervention can improve negative mood of female schizophrenic patients at recovery stage, and enhance their interpersonal communication capability and social living adaptive capacity.
