| 摘 要： | 目的:观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法:80例患者随机分为两组,一组单独应用窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗;另一组口服抗组胺药物皿治林,10mg/d,外用皮质类固醇激素-尤卓尔,2次/d。观察两组患者的平均治愈时间。结果:NB-UVB照射治疗组患者照射次数为6.24±0.56次,累积照射剂量为2855±436mJ/cm2,治愈时间为10.24±2.89d;皿治林口服加尤卓尔外用治疗组治愈时间为26.45±3.47d。两组结果差异显著。结论:NB-UVB照射治疗组治愈时间明显短于皿治林口服加尤卓尔外用治疗组,NB-UVB照射治疗可以有效的缩短玫瑰糠疹的病程,不失为一种较好的治疗方法。

Efficacy of narrow-band ultraviolet B exposure on pityriasis rosea |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of narrow-band ultraviolet B exposure on pityriasis rosea. Methods: Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups. One group was subjected to NB-UVB treatments. The other was given mizollen (10mg/d) orally and hydrocortisone butyrate ointment twice a day. The average healing duration was analyzed. Results: The average healing duration was 10.24±2.89 days in NB-UVB group, while it was 26.45±3.47 days in the other group. Using t test, significant differences were found between the two groups. Conclusions: NB-UVB exposure significantly decreased the courses of pityriasis rosea, suggesting that it is a preferable therapy for pityriasis rosea. |
