血浆D-二聚体/纤维蛋白原在下肢静脉血栓中的诊断价值

目的分析探讨血浆D-二聚体/纤维蛋白原在下肢静脉血栓形成的（deep venous thrombosis,DVT）中的诊断价值。方法选取我院2008年5月—2012年5月65例下肢静脉血栓患者和65例对照组,运用全自动凝血分析仪检测D二聚体及纤维蛋白原,并通过t检验研究患者的临床资料。结果 （1）DVT组D二聚体/纤维蛋白原比值（D/F值）、血浆D二聚体及纤维蛋白原都明显高于健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;（2）D/F值升高较D-二聚体或纤维蛋白原升高对下肢静脉血栓的诊断具有更高的敏感度。结论 D-二聚体/纤维蛋白原对下肢静脉血栓诊断具有重要的预测价值。

The Diagnostic Value of Plasma D-dimer/Fibri nogen in Venous Thrombosis

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of plasma D-dimer /fibrinogen in venous thrombosis(deep venous thrombosis,DVT).Methods 65 cases of deep vein thrombosis in patients in our hospital from May 2008 to May 2012 and 65 cases in the control group,use of fully automated coagulation analyzer D-dimer and fibrinogen,and by the t-test clinical data of the study patients.Results ① DVT group D-dimer /fibrinogen ratio(D /F values),plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen are significantly higher than the healthy control group,the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05);②D /F value higher than the D-dimer or fibrinogen increased diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis and higher sensitivity.Conclusion D-dimer /fibrinogen important predictive value for the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis.
