| 摘 要： | 目的对川芎提取物的体外抑菌活性和杀虫活性进行初步研究。方法用75%乙醇为溶剂对川芎进行回流提取。采用滤纸片扩散法和生长速率法分别测定提取物对细菌、真菌的抑制作用;采用药液浸虫法测定提取物对蚜虫的毒杀作用。结果川芎提取物对供试菌都有一定的抑制作用,对蚜虫也有很好的毒杀作用。结论川芎提取物是一种有效的抑菌杀虫药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the in vitro antimicrobial and insecticidal activities of the extract from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.Methods Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.was extracted refluently by 75% ethanol.Filter paper dispersion and mycelial growth rate methods were used to determine antimicrobial activity,respectively.The method of immersing the insects in extract was used to determine insecticidal activity.Results The ethanol extract of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.showed inhibitory effects on the tested microbe and aphid.Conclusion The extract from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.is an effective antimicrobial and insecticidal drug. |
