广州地区健康体检人群甘油三酯水平与高血压检出率的关系

目的探讨甘油三酯(TG)增高与高血压检出率的关系。方法在参加体检的20~69岁人群中筛选出无糖尿病、肾病病史及明确高血压家族史者170412例。按性别、年龄、TG水平进行分组,统计各组血压正常与高血压的人数;按不同收缩压和舒张压水平统计TG的均值。结果无论男女,TG增高与高血压的总体检出率显著相关(P<0·001);按年龄分层后,TG增高与高血压的检出率依然显著相关(P<0·01~0·001)。收缩压每升高10mmHg,男性TG增高约0·16mmol/L,女性TG增高约0·13mmol/L;舒张压每升高5mmHg,男性TG增高约0·17mmol/L,女性TG增高约0·12mmol/L。结论TG水平和高血压检出率之间具有正相关关系。

Relationship Between Plasma Triglycerides and Hypertension in People in Guangzhou

Objective To evaluate the relationship between hypertension and plasma triglyceride level. Methods A cohort of 170 412 apparently healthly people were enrolled. BP and plasma TG were determined. The incidence of hypertension and its relationship with TG level were analyzed by age and gender. Results The incidence rate of hypertension was closely related to plasma TG level (P<0.001).Age stratification showed that TG increased with the incidence of hypertension in every age range (P<0.01-0.001). Each increase of TG for 0.16 mmol/L(male) and 0.13 mmol/L(female) was associated with the increase of SBP by 10 mm Hg, while each 0.17(male) and 0.12(female) mmol/L increases in TG was associated with the increases in DBP by 5 mm Hg. Conclusion A positive relationship between plasma TG and the prevalence of hypertension was found in our Guangzhou area.
