新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的低辐射剂量CT研究

摘    要:目的探讨新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)CT扫描时的最佳管电流值,降低CT的辐射剂量。方法将连续60例HIE新生儿纳入本研究并按检查时间的先后顺序分成三组,150mAs组、100mAs组和75mAs组,其他扫描参数完全相同。比较三组患儿的CT辐射剂量(CT剂量容积,剂量长度乘积值)和图像质量。结果 150mAs组、100mAs组和75mAs组的CTDIvol和DLP分别为29.8mGy和238.4mGy·cm、19.9mGy和159.2mGy·cm、14.9mGy和119.2mGy·cm,100mAs组和75mAs组的辐射剂量分别比150mAs组的降低33%和50%,75mAs组的图像质量能满足诊断需求。结论使用75mAs为缺血缺氧性脑病新生儿进行CT扫描,即能保证图像质量满足诊断需求,又可大幅度降低辐射剂量,在临床中具有很高的使用价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the optimal mAs in CT scanning for neonate hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and decrease CT radiation dose.Methods Consecutive 60 HIE neonates were divided into three groups by the examination order,150mAs group,100mAs group and 75mAs group,and while the other scan parameters remained totally the same.Compare CT radiation dose(CTDIvol,DLP) and image quality of these three groups.Results CTDIvol and DLP of 150mAs group,100mAs group and 75mAs group were 29.8 mGy and 238.4 mGy·cm,19.9 mGy and 159.2 mGy·cm,14.9 mGy and 119.2 mGy·cm respectively,the radiation dose of 100mAs group and 75mAs group decreased 33% and 50% compared to 150mAs group.The image quality of 75mAs group fulfilled to diagnostic requirement.Conclusion The low radiation dose CT scanning of 75mAs for neonate hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy not only kept image quality fulfilled to diagnostic requirement but also decreased CT radiation dose significantly,it can widely use in clinic practice.
