乙肝病毒携带者丙泊酚用量的临床观察

目的观察乙肝病毒携带者对丙泊酚用药量的影响。方法对37例乙肝病毒携带者和38例无肝胆疾病的静脉全麻手术患者，静脉推注芬太尼0．002mg／kg后继以4mg／（kg·min）的速度缓慢静脉推注丙泊酚，直至睫毛反射消失。记录丙泊酚用量。结果丙泊酚用量乙肝病毒携带者组为（1．54±0．16）mg／kg，无肝胆疾病者组为（1．63±0．19）mg,／kg，t=2．216，P〈0．05，有统计学意义。结论乙肝病毒携带者丙泊酚诱导剂量减少。
