| 摘 要： | 目的介绍改良Rives—Stoppa修补术治疗腹壁巨大切口疝的方法和效果。方法腹壁巨大切口疝26例，腹壁缺损平均直径14．5cm，均行改良Rives—Stoppa修补术，将聚丙烯补片置于腹直肌后筋膜前间隙，补片超过缺损至少5cm，固定补片缝线均在腹直肌前鞘前结扎。结果术后4例出现皮下积液，经穿刺抽吸治愈。26例术后均痊愈出院，无手术死亡，无切口感染和补片感染；随访随访3月～5年，无复发病例。结论改良Rives—Stoppa修补术是治疗腹壁巨大切口疝的理想手术。
