摘    要:目的建立赤芍中2种不用类型共6个化学成分的一测多评含量测定方法,探讨不同类型化合物进行一测多评研究的准确性与可行性。方法采用HPLC法,以芍药苷为内参物,建立其与芍药内酯苷、苯甲酰芍药苷、没食子酸、没食子酸甲酯和五没食子酰基葡萄糖的相对校正因子,并进行含量计算,实现一测多评。同时采用外标法测定16批赤芍中6个成分的含量,验证一测多评法的准确性。结果建立的校正因子重现性良好,采用校正因子计算的含量值与外标法实测值之间无显著差异。结论 在对照品缺乏的情况下,以外标法测定芍药苷含量,利用相对校正因子实现一测多评是可行的。

Abstract:Objective To develop a method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker (QAMS) for simultaneously determining the different types of compounds in Paeonia veitchii. Method A HPLC method was developed as QAMS to determine paeoniflorin, albiflorin, benzoylpaeoniflorin, gallic acid, methyl gallate and pentagalloylglucose in P. veitchii. Using paeoniflorin as the internal reference substance, the relative correction factor (RCF) of the five components was determined by HPLC with good reproducibility. The contents of the components in 16 batches of samples, collected from different areas, were determined by both QAMS and external standard method. Result No significant difference between the quantitative results of QAMS method and external standard method was observed. Conclusion It is a convenient and accurate method to determine multi-components when some authentic standard substances were unavailable. It can be used to control the quality of P. veitchii.
