| 摘 要： | 目的对使用单菌多产物(one strainmany compounds,OSMAC)策略培养微生物并研究其次级代谢产物的成果做一综述。方法通过查阅外文文献共15篇,对在OSMAC策略指导下进行的微生物的化学成分及药理活性研究进行总结。结果在OSMAC策略指导下,微生物次级代谢产物的研究对于药物前体化合物的发现有了更有力的支持。结论使用OSMAC策略研究微生物次级代谢产物具有重要意义和广阔前景。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the research under the guidance of the OSMAC approach. Methods The OSMAC approach was summarized based on the literatures. Results The OSMAC approach had been successfully applied and the research of the microbial metabolites had made significant progress. Conclusions This review can provide reference for further research of microbial metabolites under the OSMAC approach. |
