吸入伊洛前列素对海拔5200m青年脑体-心理生理能力的影响

摘    要:目的探讨伊洛前列素吸入剂对初入海拔5 200 m地区青年脑体-心理生理能力的影响。方法将32名受试者随机分为伊洛前列素组(n=16)和对照组(n=16),自海拔1 400 m历时5 d进入5 200 m,从进入海拔5 200 m当天开始,伊洛前列素组每天4次雾化吸入伊洛前列素溶液,连续5 d。对照组用同样的方法雾化吸入生理盐水。于吸入伊洛前列素溶液第5天采用DDX-200型电脑多功能心理生理测试仪,进行脑体-心理生理能力检测。检测项目包括左右手交叉敲击和缺失记忆的简单测验。结果伊洛前列素组与对照组比较,左右手交叉敲击:总时间均为(10±0)s,总次数为(87.24±17.67)与(72.92±15.38)次,正确次数为(85.06±15.18)与(71.19±14.81)次,错误次数为(1.47±0.74)与(2.96±2.01)次;缺失记忆的简单测验结果:总次数均为(17±0)次,错误次数为(1.72±0.88)与(2.96±2.01)次。差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在高原雾化吸入伊洛前列素溶液能显著提高移居者的脑体-心理生理功能,可以促进高原习服、预防和治疗急性高原病。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of inhaling Iloprost on brain-body mental-physiology capability of young people exposed to 5 200m high altitude.Methods 32 subjects who reached 5 200m altitude from 1 400m altitude were divided into two groups: 16 in experiment group and 16 in control group.After they reached 5 200m altitude,experiment group inhaled one dose Iloprost and control group atomization inhaled physiological saline four times daily for 5 days.The brain-body mental-physiology capability detection such as both-hands-cross frequency and depl-memory test were performed by type DDX-200 multifunction psychological machine.Results There were comparisons between experiment group and control group.Both-hands-cross frequency: the cumulative time were all(10±0)s,total numbers were(87.24±17.67)times and(72.92±15.38)times,correct numbers were(85.06±15.18)times and(71.19±14.81)times,wrong numbers were(1.47±0.74)times and(2.96±2.01)times.Depl-memory test: the total numbers were(17±0)times,wrong numbers were(1.72±0.88)times and(2.96±2.01)times,the differences showed statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion Iloprost can improve brain-body mental-physiology capability and altitude acclimatization,prevent and treat acute mountain reaction at high altitude.
