高寒环境犬肢体爆炸伤后早期救治时间窗的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究高寒环境下杂种犬肢体爆炸伤后早期救治时间窗。方法模拟高寒环境杂种犬肢体雷管引爆致伤实验,分别于伤后即刻、第8、12、24 h行伤口清创缝合,术后72 h通过肉眼观察,血白细胞检测,伤道深部软组织实验病理学和细菌学鉴定,分析比较伤后不同时间点内救治效果。结果高寒环境杂种犬肢体爆炸伤后,不同的清创缝合时间窗内炎性改变有差别,早期清创缝合效果良好,晚期手术感染率高,8 h后手术效果差。结论高寒环境下肢体爆炸伤早期救治时间窗为伤后8 h内。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the early treatment time window for canine limbs with explosive injury in cold environment.Methods The model of canine limbs exploded in cold environment was established.The wounds of debridement and suturing were enforced immediately after explosion,and at 8h,12h and 24h after explosive injury respectively,the macroscopic observation of wounds blood WBC,the soft tissue of wounds tract experimental pathology and bacteriology were tested and the treatment effects at different time were analyzed after 72h.Results There are significant differences in inflammation changes among different time window of debridement and suturing of the wounds,the infection rate in early debridement and suturing of wounds were obviously lower than that in delayed surgery after 8h.Conclusion The early treatment time window for canine limbs with explosive injury in cold environment should be operated in 8h after explosion injury.
