强直性脊柱炎髋关节强直的中期全髋关节置换术

目的探讨强直性脊柱炎髋关节强直的外科治疗。方法回顾性研究2001年5月—2007年5月24例40髋强直性脊柱炎髋关节强直行关节置换情况,观察术后髋关节功能及并发症。结果随访24～60个月,所有患者髋关节疼痛得到了不同程度的缓解,术后Harris评分提高到60～92分,平均82分。术后6个月所有患者血沉均在30 mm/h以下。结论强直性脊柱炎髋关节强直中期关节置换可改善功能、提高患者生活质量。

Clinical effect of midterm total hip arthroplasty in treatment of patients with ankylosing spondylitis and hip ankylosis

Objective To evaluate the surgical therapy of the patients with ankylosing spondylitis and hip ankylosis.Methods Retrospective study 24 cases with ankylosing spondylitis and hip ankylosis from May 2001 to May 2007,which received total hip arthroplasty,and observe the hip joint function and complications after surgery.Results After 24 to 60 months follow-up,the hip joint pain of all patients was released in varying degrees.The Harris score increased to 60～92,average 82.About 6 months after surgery,the ESR of all patients was decreased to below 30 mm/h.Conclusion Intermediate total hip arthroplasty is a effective treatment for the patients suffered from ankylosing spondylitis and hip ankylosis,which can improve the hip joint function and the quality of life.
