摘    要:目的:观察复方丹参液射液联用氦-氖激光血管内照射(ILIB)治疗老年急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法:复方丹参注射液联用ILIB治疗40例(治疗组)与单用复方丹参注射液治疗60例(对照组),qd,疗程均为20d,观察疗效及血液流变学指标的变化。结果:治疗组治愈35例(87.5%),好转5例(12.5%);对照组治愈42例(70.0%),好转16例(26.7%),治疗组治愈率显著优于对照组(P〈0.0

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency of Compound Danshen Injection combined with intravascular He-Ne laser irradiation blood (ILIB) in the treatment of senile acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods:40 cases of senile ACI were treated with Compound Danshen Injection combined with ILIB (treated group) and 60 cases with Compound Danshen Injection alone (controlled group), all cases received once daily, 20 times were served as a therapy course. Then, the efficacy of the treatment and changes of hemorrheologic parameters were observed. Results:In treated group, 35 cases were cured and 5 cases were improved; in controlled group, 42 cases were cured and 16 cases were improved, the cured rate in the former (87.5%) was superior to the later (70.0%, P<0.05); the improvement of hemorrhelolgic parameters in treated group were also superior to the controlled group. Conclusions:Both groups have same satisfactory efficiency in treatment senile ACI, but the obvious degree of therapeutic efficacy in treated group is superior to that of the controlled group.
