摘    要:目的探讨尿路感染病原细菌的分布情况和耐药特征,指导临床合理用药.方法收集从我院尿路感染患者尿液标本中分离的256株病原细菌,进行细菌鉴定和药敏实验,并对革兰阴性杆菌进行ESBLs的检测.结果尿路感染病原细菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主(70.7%),分列前3位的是大肠埃希菌(50.0%)、肠球菌(12.9%)和真菌(7.8%);产ESBLs大肠埃希菌的检出率为46.1%,产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌的检出率为14.3%.结论革兰阴性杆菌为尿路感染的主要病原菌,对常用抗生素耐药率呈现上升趋势.细菌培养和药物敏感性分析,对指导临床合理使用抗生素,选择有效药物治疗具有重要意义.

Abstract:Objective To determine the distribution and drug resistance characteristic of pathogens from urinary tract infection and direct clinical doctors to select antibiotics correctly.Methods A total of 256 strains of pathogens from urinary samples of patients with urinary tract infection in our hospital were identified and the drug resistance tests were performed. In addition, ESBLs-producing G- bacillus were also detected.Results Among 256 strains from urinary tract infection, G- bacillus rated the top one (70.7%) and the most common pathogens were Escherichina coli(50.0%), Enterococcus(12.9%), fungi(7.8%). 46.1% E. coli and 14.3% Klebsiella pneumoniae produced ESBLs.Conclusion G-bacillus were the main infectious pathogens in urinary infection and antibiotic resistance rates continue to evolve. Therefore bacterial culture and antibiotic susceptibility tests were very important to select antibiotics correctly for treatment of the infections in clinic.
