益气活血化瘀汤治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

目的 观察益气活血化瘀汤治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效.方法 选择符合诊断标准的病例共74例,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用益气活血化瘀汤,30 d为1个疗程,分别对治疗前后心绞痛症状及心电图等变化进行观察.结果 治疗组临床疗效及心电图总有效率分别为94.44%、80.56%,均优于对照组的76.32%和 52.63%(P＜0.05).结论 益气活血化瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛有效.

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris with Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods 74 cases of unstable angina pectoris were randomly recruited into a treatment group and a control group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction in addition to convention therapy.Both groups were treated for one course of treatment of 30 days,Symptoms of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram were observed before and after the treatment.Results The total effective rate of symptoms and electrocardiogram improvement were 94.44%and 80.56%respectively in the treatment group,compared with 76.32%and 52.63%in the control group,showing a significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction is effective in Creating unstable angina pectoris.
