| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨螺旋CT充气结肠造影及后处理对肠腔良性狭窄的诊断价值,比较16层螺旋CT与结肠镜的优缺点,为临床选择诊断手段提供参考.方法 收集17例结肠镜检失败、加做结肠充气造影的病例,对其影像资料进行分析.结果 17例病例中,CT发现肠壁肿块导致肠腔狭窄的15例,肠外病变压迫结肠壁的2例.结论 螺旋CT不仅能发现肿块来自肠壁,对肠外病变的判断明显优于结肠镜.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of 16 Sensation Spiral CT Pneumocolon and its postprocessing in diagnosing benign stricture in intestinal tract. Methods Spiral CT pneumocolon correlation were retrospectively analyzed in 17 patients who were failed to detect by colonoscopy and had been done Spiral CT pneumocolon.Results In fifteen of these seventeen cases, enteric cavities were narrow because of enteric wall tumors. And in other two cases, diseases from outside intestine oppress colonic wall. Conclusion Spiral CT can not only discover the tumors from enteric wall also have obviously advantages to colonoscopy in judging outside intestinal diseases. And Spiral CT also have peculiarities in determining the nature of colonic diseases. |
