原发性高血压患者动态血压监测参数与左室功能的相关性

目的:分析原发性高血压患者动态血压监测参数及左室收缩和舒张功能的相关性.方法:利用心脏超声计算108例原发性高血压患者左室功能参数,利用动态血压监测(ABPM)仪测定收缩压和舒张压曲线下面积、血压变异性和血压负荷值等参数.应用多元回归分析分别筛选与左室功能独立相关的参数.结果:左室收缩功能(mFs代表)与24 h血压水平,24 h动态血压曲线下面积,收缩压变异性独立相关(P＜0.05);左室舒张功能(E/A比值代表)与24 h收缩压水平,24 h收缩压曲线下面积独立相关(P＜0.05).结论:原发性高血压患者左室功能分别与血压平均水平,动态血压曲线下面积,血压变异性相关.

The Relation between ABPM Parameters and Left Ventricular Functions in Essential Hypertension

Objective: To evaluate the relation between the parameters of ABPM and left ventricular systolic and diastolic functions in essential hypertension.Methods:The left ventricular function parameters were measured by echocardiography in 108 cases of essential hypertensive patients.All the blood pressure parameters were measured by ABPM.Multiple regression analysis was performed to select independent variables producing the highest correlation with left ventricular functions in hypertensive patients.Results:The left ventricular systolic function(represented by mFs) were independently associated with 24h BP levels,24 h AUC and systolic BPV(P<0.05).The left ventricular diastolic function(represented by E/A) were independently associated with 24 h SBP level and 24 h AUC(P<0.05).Conclusion:The left ventricular functions in essential hypertension were respectively associated with the levers of blood pressure,the ABPM parameter AUC and BPV.
