76例氯氮平不良反应文献分析

目的探讨氯氮平发生不良反应的特点及相关因素,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法对中国知网2003年1月至2008年12月发表的文献进行检索,检索到氯氮平引起不良反应个案报告55篇,涉及病例76例。对76例用药情况进行分析和探讨。结果未成年患者使用氯氮平发生的不良反应男女比例与整体水平有差异,具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;中枢及外周神经系统损害、白细胞和网状内皮系统异常为该药物较为常见的不良反应;不同用药剂量及用药时间的不良反应发生率不同。结论临床应高度重视氯氮平引起的不良反应,使用前需进行药物风险/效益评估,以确保用药安全。

Literature Analysis of 76 Adverse Drug Reaction Associated with the Treatment of Clozapine

Objective To discuss the characteristics and related factors of the adverse reactions induced by clozapine, and provide reference for chnical safe drug use. Methods The literature between January 2003 and December 2008 was retrieved from CNKI, Seventy-six cases with clozapine-induced adverse reactions in 55 papers were collected and analyzed. Results Different age groups analysis revealed significant differences with a male/female ratio（0 to 4） in adolescent groups. Central and peripheral nervous system damage, white blood cell and reticuloendothelial system disorders were most frequently affected sites; different medication dose and duration will give rise to different adverse drug reaction. Conclusion Careful attention should be paid to the adverse reaction of clozapine in order to ensure drug safety.
