摘    要:目的 观察氧自由基在帕金森病发病中的作用。方法 大鼠分为3组:帕金森病组、假手术组、对照组。帕金森病大鼠模型采用6羟基多巴胺(6—OHDA)制作。采用生化、电镜方法观察铁离子、氧自由基浓度及黑质超微结构变化。结果 帕金森病组大鼠铁离子、氧自由基浓度及黑质损伤程度均高于对照组和假手术组。结论 氧自由基在帕金森病发病中起着重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the role of free radicals in the course of Parkinson disease. Methods Twenty-one rats were divided into three groups, PD group, non-operative group and the control group. PD rat model was made by 6-OHDA and the levels of iron and free radicals and the ultrastructure of nigral substance were observed by biochemistry and electromicroscopy. Results In the group of PD rats, the iron, free radicals, degree of injury of nigral, and rotational behaviour increased gradually in pace with days of 6-OHDA injected stereotaxically. Conclusions Free radical plays an important role in the course of Parkinson disease.
