中药外敷治疗粘连性肠梗阻临床疗效分析

目的分析中药外敷辅助治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效.方法单纯性粘连性肠梗阻210例,按治疗方法不同分为2组,一般治疗组,126例,采用禁食,胃肠减压,抗生素补液支持等治疗;中药外敷组,84例,采用大黄300g,芒硝200g,磨成粉末,将二者充分混合,用食醋调成糊状,外敷腹部.结果保守治疗成功率一般治疗组为61.90%,中药外敷组为96.43%,两组差异具极显著性.中药外敷组的肛门排气时间及住院时间显著短于一般治疗组,两纽中转手术率相比差异亦存在显著性.结论采用大黄、芒硝中药外敷治疗粘连性肠梗阻,简单、方便、高效、安全,值得推广应用.

Clinical analysis of spreading traditional Chinese medicine on abdomen in treatment adhesive ileus

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of spreading the t raditional Chinese medicine on abdomen to treat adhesive ileus. Methods 210 cases with simple adhesive ileus were divided into two groups by the methods of treatment. Group one(126 cases) was treated by fasting, gastrointestinal decompr ession, antibiotics, fluid replacement and support treatment. Group two(84 cases ) was treated by traditional Chinese medicine. Rhubarb 300 g and mirabilite 200 g were made into powder, then mixed into paste by vinegar. Then spreaded the pas te on the surface of abdomen. Results The successful rate of conservative tr eatment was 61.90% in group one and 96.43% in group two, and there was very sign ificant difference between the two groups. The time from the beginning treatment to passage of gas by anus and the length of stay in the hospital were much shor ter in group two than in group one. Conclusion The method of spreading the traditional Chinese medicine rhubarb and mirabilite on abdomen to treat adhesive ileus is simple, safe and very effective.
