党参挥发油及脂溶性化学成分的研究

摘    要: 目的 对党参挥发油及脂溶性物质提取和分析。方法 建立乙醚冷浸-索氏提取-水蒸汽蒸馏的方法,提取物化学成分经GC分离,用GC-MS进行鉴定。结果 本法收率是其它方法的20~50倍;分离出268种化合物,利用加标定性,GC-MS联用和计算机数据库检索鉴定出67种物质。结论 本方法适于天然植物药物挥发油及脂溶性物质定性定量分析。所获数据,为党参药理药效作用的研究提供了科学的依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To set up a protocol for the extraction of volatile oils and other aliphatic components in Codonopsis pilosula practically,and analyse them.METHODS For extracting volatile oils and other aliphatic components in Codonopsis pilsula,a new method,that is cold leaching in diethyl ether-reflux extraction-distillation with vapour was developed.The extractives were separated by GC,and identified by GC/MS combined techniques.RESULTS The extraction efficiency was 20~50 times higher than that of other methods.268 compounds were separated by GC,and 67 kinds of matter were identified by GC/MS,and their relative peak area and approximate contents were determined.CONCLUSIONS The protocol developed here can be used effectively as one new technique for qualitative and quantitative analysis of volatile oils and other aliphatic components in natural plant medicine.These data provide scientific bases for researches on the pharmacology and pharmacodynamic of Condonopsis pilosula.
